Choose how you want to receive notifications; via email, SMS, or ERP system. Enter the threshold values at which you want to receive a notification. For example, would you like to receive a message when the water pressure is low, such as at 0.7 Bar or 1.0 Bar?
The CV Monitor can automatically send an email with your text, logo, and an instructional video for tasks that the customer can easily do themselves, such as refilling water.
In the insmart portal, you will find an overview of open notifications and information from the boilers you maintain. You can also manage the automatic notifications you want to send to your customers, for example, in case of low water pressure.
For use of the portal, you pay a low monthly fee per connected boiler. These costs cover the use of the mobile network and the portal.

Connecting an insmart module just takes 5 minutes. In two simple steps you can connect the device. Firstly connect the module with the HVAC appliance and secondly, scan the QR code to fill out the small webform. The LED on the module will then be solid green.
You will receive notifications in the following categories: maintenance, warnings, errors and energy advice.
Maintenance messages are based on the data of the HVAC appliance. The warnings are notifications which aren't urgent, but prevent errors in the future, such as low water pressure. The error notifications display the error code, so you'll already know the status of the appliance. Finally, you can receive notifications on how to save energy for your customers.
